Move fast, but do not get locked to one AI provider. We took StartOpx from idea to launch in four months and built the AI layer so a provider swap is a config change, not a rewrite.
StartOpx needed a complete AI fundraising platform quickly, and they needed the freedom to follow the best model rather than get locked to a single provider. The architecture had to make a provider swap routine instead of a rewrite.
